Southern Alberta Alpine Club of Canada
This Spring, a number of committed outdoor enthusiasts put together a proposal to the Alpine Club of Canada to form a section based in Southern Alberta. I'm happy to report that this section was approved by the Alpine Club of Canada's National Body.The SA ACC's webpage can be found here. Things are still under development, but there are already a number of events posted for this fall.

Great post! Waterton Lakes National Park is a national park located in southwest corner of Alberta, Canada. The place is accomplished with absolute scenery, wildlife, forest and fauna.
