Tick Fest - June 8, 9
The Southern Alberta Alpine Club is resurrecting the long forgotten Tick Fest. We had one of these about 10 years ago, just before I got into kayaking. It was great fun.

Well, the festival turned out pretty good. The weather stayed nice. We had about 30-40 people come. The various top rope and gear clinics went smoothly. The info bureau was quite packed Sat. 1-on-1 hump climbs provided some good instructional time - we just need more lead climbers for next year.
