Dave and i ran out to Jensen's last nite for a couple of hours and i was amazed at the ice quality. It's been so warm in Lethbridge the last week i expected very poor ice out there but there is still lots of snow on the ground and the ice is in excellent shape.
Good ice, mediocre climbing, still beats the heck out of watching T.V.

Speaking of easy fun ice, anyone know the condition of Star Creek Falls these days?

Answered my own question -- went out to Star Creek Falls yesterday (Saturday), during quite a lovely but warm day.
Lots of water running underneath a hollow shell on the middle and left. I was able to climb nice ice on the right hand side within about 4-5 feet of the top, but bailed (on a v-thread) because the uppermost top part all had lots of water running underneath it.
