2011 Waterton Ice Opener
Its time for the annual Waterton Ice Opener planning. This year it looks like Dec. 10 is the best day. Sorry to all those students still in the midst of exams (the 17th doesn't allow anyone time to do their Christmas shopping).

Any word yet if there's enough ice at Quick and Dirty for the Ice Opener next weekend?
Was at Jensen's again on Saturday....still enough ice to climb on, and some fun mixed thin ice/mud/rock climbing on the far left hand side.

Still a go. I don't tally informal registrations, but I suspect we'll have the usual numbers. Ice should be in great condition.
About 20 people came out today. Ice was very plasticy. If you met someone , leave your email here to contact them or vice versa. Looks like there are lots of people eager to find additional climbing partners.
